Who we’re looking for:

Fastfrate Group is looking for an Adjusting Clerk for our Lachine, Quebec office. They will perform a variety of tasks that require planning and organization to meet deadlines and quality standards. The position requires good mathematical, computer and interpersonal skills necessary to perform the role effectively.

What you’ll do:

Adjusting and auditing customer invoices for transportation of product across Canada. Ensures all adjustment requests have back-up and are valid Follows up with internal personnel regarding missing information, on waybills, as required. Communicates with various internal departments, Credit, Pricing, Billing & Operations to ensure all details are accurate Works with co-workers to ensure deadlines are met All other duties as assigned

Must Haves:

Excellent organizational skills Minimum 1 year clerical experience, preferably in Transportation Good interpersonal, communication and mathematical ability with attention to detail Ability to work effective in a team environment Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines, organize, schedule and follow instructions. Computer literacy, including MS Office

Le Groupe Fastfrate est à la recherche d’un commis à l’ajustement pour son bureau de Lachine, au Québec. Ils effectueront une variété de tâches qui nécessitent une planification et une organisation pour respecter les délais et les normes de qualité. Le poste exige de bonnes compétences en mathématiques, en informatique et en relations interpersonnelles nécessaires pour s’acquitter efficacement de ce rôle.

Ce que vous ferez :

Ajuster et vérifier les factures des clients pour le transport des produits à travers le Canada. S’assure que toutes les demandes d’ajustement ont une sauvegarde et sont valides Faire un suivi auprès du personnel interne au sujet de l’information manquante, sur les feuilles de route, au besoin. Communique avec divers services internes, crédit, tarification, facturation et opérations pour s’assurer que tous les détails sont exacts Travailler avec des collègues pour s’assurer que les délais sont respectés Toutes les autres tâches assignées

Must Haves:

Excellentes compétences organisationnelles Minimum 1 an d’expérience de bureau, de préférence dans le transport Bonne capacité interpersonnelle, de communication et mathématique avec une attention aux détails Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement d’équipe Capacité démontrée de travailler sous pression et de respecter les délais de production, d’organiser, de planifier et de suivre les instructions. Maîtrise de l’informatique, y compris MS Office
