Advantages
Vacation depending on experience (between 3 and 4 weeks) + 1 week between Christmas and New Year's Day

Responsibilities
Accounts receivable processing

  • Record cash receipts (credit cards, bank transfers, cheques)
  • Prepare invoices, issue credit notes, adjust customer orders in the event of cancellation or postponement of registrations, applying cancellation policy
  • Invoice private projects
  • Followup on unpaid invoices
Accounts payable processing

  • Account for supplier invoices
Qualifications

  • DEP or AEC in accounting with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position;
  • Mastery of Microsoft 365 office tools, with a facility in Excel;
  • Very good French; read, written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central CRM software;
  • Knowledge of the Moneris platform.
  • Knowledge of sales taxes
