Bilingual Administrative Assistant — 100% Remote

We are seeking two dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to support our client's position in the insurance industry. This role involves providing essential administrative and customer service support to Disability Case Managers and Vocational Rehabilitation Counsellors. The ideal candidates will act as liaisons for plan members, schools, colleges, and other stakeholders, ensuring the smooth setup and management of new claims.

• Work schedule from 9:00 am. to 5:00 pm. AST.

Responsibilities:
• Support Disability Case Managers and Vocational Rehabilitation Counsellors on various tasks.
• Act as a liaison for plan members, schools/colleges, and other stakeholders.
• Manage new claim setups.
• Provide front-line customer service via telephone and email.
• Take accountability for administrative duties and follow up with claimants for outstanding information.
• Perform other duties as needed.
• Contribute to a dynamic team environment and adapt to the evolving needs of the business.
What you will need to succeed:
• Post-secondary education is an asset.
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
• Strong customer service experience in a demanding environment.
• Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and web-based applications.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written).
• Solid office administration skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Analytical skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Deadline-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with medical or insurance terminology and concepts is an asset.
• Knowledge of Canadian Armed Forces terminology, processes, and concepts is an asset.
