Job Description

WHAT'S THE JOB?

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Support Specialist . As an Inside Sales Support, you will play a critical role in identifying and nurturing sales opportunities, as well as supporting our sales executives in closing deals.

Responsibilities:

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, proactive outbound cold calls, targeted emails, and strategic utilization of social media platforms Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively position our products and services Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in our offerings Maintain and expand the prospect database within the assigned territory Collaborate with channel partners to build pipeline and successfully close deals Conduct effective online demos to prospects, showcasing the value of our solutions Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling Track and report on key sales metrics and activities, providing regular updates to management on progress towards goals

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Requirements and Skills:

Minimum of 3 years of proven inside sales experience, with a preference for B2B sales Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Candidate can be located anywhere in Canada or the USA
