Key responsibilities are but not limited to:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers by gaining an understanding of their business and operations. Provides agronomic advice and support to customers on seed, fertilizer, weed, disease, and insect control and obtained feedback from available resources to make informed recommendations. Provide timely crop scouting services analyzing and providing recommendations. Attend growers’ meetings and training with the Agronomy team. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Accurate recording of purchases, deliveries, and inventory changes in Tronia Assists with information meetings and tours for customers using supplier supportWho you are:
You are looking for a career in retail/food service and you have:
Degree or Diploma in Agriculture 1-3 years of agronomy and/or relevant experience Class 5 driver’s license Capacity to provide outstanding customer service and build customer relationships Comprehensive understanding of agronomy and agricultural products Proficiency in analyzing complex issues and finding creative solutionsOur Team Members receive competitive salaries, a comprehensive benefits package, and an employer-contributed pension plan.
