Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their business and operations.
  • Provide agronomic advice and support to customers on seed, fertilizer, weed, disease, and insect control.
  • Offer timely crop scouting services, analyzing and providing recommendations.
  • Attend growers' meetings and training with the Agronomy team.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Accurately record purchases, deliveries, and inventory changes.
  • Assist with information meetings and tours for customers.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Agriculture.
  • 1-3 years of agronomy and/or relevant experience.
  • Class 5 driver's license.
  • Capacity to provide outstanding customer service and build customer relationships.
  • Comprehensive understanding of agronomy and agricultural products.
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex issues and finding creative solutions.
