Position: Change Manager
Location: Fredericton, NB
Duration: Months Contract + Possible Extension

Job Description:
Responsibilities: Has proven experience in Change Management and in the development of change management programs Has proven experience in the development of training and communication plans Has experience in the delivery of a Benefits Evaluation Strategy and Plan Has experience facilitating workshops Has experience in presenting to Senior Management levels Identifies and assesses change impacts to the organizations business processes and technology solutions Analyses and evaluates each alternative based on business and technical impact and cost/benefit considerations, and proposes, justifies, plans and costs the implementation of the selected alternative. Engages stakeholders in contributing to effective change Develops and/or implements a change management process and tools Plans, directs and controls the activities of the change management team within scheduled time and cost parameters Supervision: May work independently or under the general supervision of a Project Manager or Program Director. The Change Manager provides work leadership to business owners and reports project related changes to the Project Manager Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public relations, Journalism, or a related field with a minimum of five years of related work experience or a two-year college diploma in Communications, Public relations, Journalism, or a related field with seven years of related work experience Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in French and English. A minimum of five years of demonstrated and verifiable experience in the development of change management plans and implementation of those plans on medium to large transformational projects with diverse stakeholders. Recent demonstrated experience (in the last four years) in a Change Management role for projects of similar complexity. Scoring will be based on the breadth and depth of experience. Recent demonstrated experience (in the last four years) in supporting change management in information systems specific to government service delivery agencies. Demonstrated experience in supporting change management in Electronic Death Registration projects or converting paper forms to online forms for Vital Statistics. A minimum of three years of demonstrated experience in the development of communication management plans and implementation of those plans in diverse groups of audiences. A minimum of two years of demonstrated and verifiable experience developing training materials and conducting training sessions for a diverse group of trainees through both in-person and virtual training.
