Description:
The Senior Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of clinical access trials utilizing 18F-PSMA-1007 PET/CT technology for prostate cancer detection in Calgary and Edmonton. This pivotal role involves strategic oversight, team leadership, and ensuring that all project activities adhere to regulatory standards and timelines. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, allocate resources, and ensure that project milestones are achieved efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with clinical trial objectives - and regulatory requirements.Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites in Calgary and Edmonton, fostering collaboration and ensuring efficient project execution.Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, manage resource allocation, and ensure financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all trial activities comply with relevant regulatory standards, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.Risk and Change Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage changes to the project scope, timeline, and resources as needed.Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the trial process, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data and trial outcomes.Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
