Senior Project Manager Job Description

First Onsite is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee the restoration of properties to their pre-disaster state. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that property owners receive exceptional customer service and are informed throughout the process.

A Day in the Life of a Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that projects are completed on time and to our quality standards. You will establish trust with clients, answer their questions, and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction. You will also prepare accurate quotations, job costing, and estimating.

You will inspect progress and work quality to ensure that emergency and rebuild timelines are met and in alignment with policy and guidelines. You will manage restoration claims, including water damage, fire damage, and vandalism, and resolve disputes and complaints in a professional manner.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Project Manager role in the construction field
  • Detailed understanding of reconstruction practices for properties that have suffered water, wind, mold, fire, and vandalism damages
  • Knowledge of building construction and codes
  • Experience with Xactimate
  • Experience planning and monitoring budgets
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean criminal record
  • Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
