Senior Project Manager

Omega Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the complexity of several eHealth Ecosystem Modernization projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working in the Canadian health IT sector with organizations such as Alberta Health, Alberta Health Services, and the Alberta Medical Association.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project charters and manage multiple eHealth Ecosystem Modernization projects simultaneously
- Contribute to Request For Proposal (RFP) development and schedule meetings with stakeholders
- Coordinate with various stakeholder groups to inform of project progress and activities
- Manage project startup tasks, including creating a project SharePoint site and project calendar
- Develop project plans and document project activities
- Document and report project status against established objectives, milestones, budget, and resources
- Develop reports, summaries, presentations, and communication materials
Requirements:
- 15 years of experience working in the Canadian health IT sector
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and project management skills
