Internal Consultation & Business Partnership
•Be a trusted advisor to the business by supporting them in their change management needs.
•Address situations requiring special attention
Team Management
•Lead the change management effort, practice and resources across the organization and continue evolving the practice.
•Manage resources and effort on projects and keep team aligned on business priorities
Change management strategy definition:
•Design and lead the overall change management strategy to support our transformation initiatives.
•Assess organizational impact of changes and develop detailed plans to maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
Responsibility for executing change management plans:
•Develop tactical change management plans, including communication, training and post-implementation support & sustainment.
•Oversee the integration of these plans into project planning and execution, ensuring their alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Stakeholder engagement and leadership:
•Assume a leadership role by actively engaging key stakeholders and facilitating their ongoing support.
•Influence and guide executives and teams to drive adoption of change, developing strong relationships and fostering a culture of openness and collaboration.
Strategic Communications Management:
•Develop robust communications strategies to inform and engage end-users, coordinating efforts with internal communications team.
•Ensure change messages are clear, consistent and tailored to different audiences within the organization.
Training planning and execution:
•Lead training needs assessments and develop customized training programs to facilitate team transitions.
•Oversee the deployment of training and ensure that it meets operational requirements and promotes the adoption of new processes and technologies.
Monitoring and continuous improvement:
•Implement performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
•Provide rigorous post-implementation follow-up and propose continuous improvements to optimize the results of change projects.
What You Bring to Our Team:
➔ Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field;
➔ 5 to 8 years experience in change management coupled with 1 to 2 years in a similar role;
➔ Excellent interpersonal skills;
➔ Knowledge of project management tools.
