As a Change Management Lead, you'll have a unique opportunity to shape our company's transformation trajectory. You'll work on ambitious strategic projects, while developing innovative solutions to support our future growth and success.

**What you will accomplish with us**:
Internal Consultation & Business Partnership
- Be a trusted advisor to the business by supporting them in their change management needs.
- Address situations requiring special attention

Team Management
- Lead the change management effort, practice and resources across the organization and continue evolving the practice.
- Manage resources and effort on projects and keep team aligned on business priorities

Change management strategy definition:

- Design and lead the overall change management strategy to support our transformation initiatives.
- Assess organizational impact of changes and develop detailed plans to maximize adoption and minimize resistance.

Responsibility for executing change management plans:

- Develop tactical change management plans, including communication, training and post-implementation support & sustainment.
- Oversee the integration of these plans into project planning and execution, ensuring their alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

Stakeholder engagement and leadership:

- Assume a leadership role by actively engaging key stakeholders and facilitating their ongoing support.
- Influence and guide executives and teams to drive adoption of change, developing strong relationships and fostering a culture of openness and collaboration.

Strategic Communications Management:

- Develop robust communications strategies to inform and engage end-users, coordinating efforts with internal communications team.
- Ensure change messages are clear, consistent and tailored to different audiences within the organization.

Training planning and execution:

- Lead training needs assessments and develop customized training programs to facilitate team transitions.
- Oversee the deployment of training and ensure that it meets operational requirements and promotes the adoption of new processes and technologies.

Monitoring and continuous improvement:

- Implement performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
- Provide rigorous post-implementation follow-up and propose continuous improvements to optimize the results of change projects.

**What You Bring to Our Team**:
? Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field;
? 5 to 8 years experience in change management coupled with 1 to 2 years in a similar role;
? Excellent interpersonal skills;
? Knowledge of project management tools.
