As an Accident Benefits Claims Representative II you will be responsible for the investigation, negotiation and resolution of complex claims. You will contribute to our client service culture through daily interactions with clients and by implementing innovative, client-centric solutions. 

How you will create impact:

Investigating, interpreting coverage, negotiating and making decisions autonomously, to resolve complex automobile Accident Benefit claims.

Collaborating with clients, physicians, treatment providers, employers and rehabilitation workers in the development, approval, implementation and monitoring of case management plans for clients.

Managing complex files in defense litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

Coaching, training, and providing technical support to the claims team.

Providing exceptional client service in accordance with our claims service and quality standards, with the view of enabling the organization to be the industry leader in client engagement.

To join our team:

You have three years of claims or related business experience.

You have a post-secondary degree or diploma.

You have or are working towards the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation or Rehab designation.

You have or will attain provincial adjuster license(s) depending on the province of work.

What you need to know:

This role involves direct contact with clients and/or service providers in their environment.

You will travel regularly.

You are required have your own vehicle, valid driver’s license and insurance.

Extended work hours, including weekends, may be required.

You will be subject to a Background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate.
