Description :

- Contacter les clients sur le territoire qui vous a été attribué pour assurer le paiement des comptes et assurer le suivi nécessaire des soldes impayés ;

- Fournir et répondre aux questions des clients concernant les comptes clients ;

- Il est responsable de l'élaboration des rapports hebdomadaires à soumettre à la direction ;

- Travailler en collaboration avec les représentants des ventes, les directeurs de district et les directeurs de magasin en ce qui concerne les comptes clients ;

- Effectuer diverses tâches administratives (classement, photocopies, etc.) ;

- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe demandée par le superviseur immédiat.

Compétences :

Saisie de données, comptes clients, recouvrement, service à la clientèle, équilibre, administration.

Compétences et qualifications additionnelles :

- DEP en comptabilité avec expérience (un atout) ou DEC en comptabilité avec expérience (un atout)

- Bilinguisme, français et anglais 

- Bonne connaissance de la suite MS Office (Excel, Word et Outlook) 

- Être autonome et méticuleux 

- Capacité d'apprendre de nouveaux systèmes

Description:

- Contact customers in your assigned territory to ensure account payments and follow up as necessary on outstanding balances;

- Provide and answer questions from customers regarding accounts receivable;

- Responsible for completing weekly reports for submission to management;

- Work in collaboration with Sales Representatives, District Managers and Store Managers regarding accounts receivable;

- Perform various administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, etc.);

- Perform any other related tasks required by the immediate supervisor.

Data entry, Accounts receivable, Collection, Customer service, balance, administration

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

- DEP in accounting with experience (an asset) or DEC in accounting with experience (an asset)

- Bilingualism, French and English

- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)

- Be autonomous and meticulous

- Ability to learn new systems
