Nous recherchons un Directeur en Design pour se joindre à notre équipe, avec un contrat de 1 an, pour un remplacement de congé de maternité.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS :
Conception pour les produits de sport pour hommes Diriger une équipe de designers et de graphistes pour créer les collections de chaque saison Construire un assortiment cohérent et garantir que chaque produit correspond à l'esthétique de la marque Rechercher et identifier les tendances en matière de tissus, de fils et de garnitures Se rendre dans des marchés pertinents et des paysages de vente au détail pour identifier les développements de styles appropriés Effectuer des recherches en ligne, consulter des services de tendances, des points de vente au détail et préparer des planches de présentation d'ambiance Interpréter les tendances des ventes commerciales et les intégrer pour la saison à venir En partenariat avec l'équipe de conception, créer des planches conceptuelles pour chaque domaine de responsabilité, montrant la silhouette et la couleur, le tissu, l'imprimé et le motif Identifier les opportunités de produits pour tirer parti des opportunités Collaborer avec la production pour développer des produits répondant à nos objectifs de qualité et de coût Diriger des séances d'ajustement en partenariat avec l'équipe technique Collaborer avec le graphiste pour développer des impressions à l'écran, des carreaux et des impressions intégrales Collaborer avec les propriétaires de marque sur les exigences d'emballage Aider à guider les designers pour créer des dessins techniques détaillés et des palettes de couleurs à l'aide d'Adobe Illustrator Revoir tous les commentaires sur les échantillons, les approbations de tissus/dip dans le laboratoire avec les designers Veiller à ce que tous les délais de conception soient respectés et que les produits soient conformes au calendrier Connaissance de la création de styles et de paquets techniques dans le PLM.AVEZ-VOUS LE PROFIL QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS ?
Baccalauréat en mode, ou diplôme collégial en design de mode Plus de 8 ans d'expérience pertinente en design de vêtements pour hommes Excellente compréhension des marchés contemporains et de style de vie à l'échelle mondiale Excellente compréhension des tricots, des tissus tissés, des pulls, des bas et des vêtements d'extérieur légers Un dévouement à la qualité et à la durabilité Capacité à prendre en charge et à être responsable Capacité à suivre des directives et à être coachable et adaptable Capacité à inspirer et à promouvoir avec confiance des idées et des propositions Compréhension approfondie des constructions de vêtements, des matériaux, des coûts et des processus Très motivé, créatif et enthousiaste Grande attention aux détails et compétences organisationnelles Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement rapide avec des délais serrés Capacité à collaborer stratégiquement avec des partenaires interfonctionnels et à œuvrer ensemble vers des succès et des résultats partagés Expérience pratique dans la direction d'équipes et le développement des talents en conception Excellente maîtrise de la suite MS Office Compétent en Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop et InDesign La connaissance du PLM est un atout Expérience dans la création de dessins techniques.Faites partie de notre communauté grandissante en vous impliquant dans des groupes, des équipes et des initiatives comme Soyez Verts, Soyez Généreux, Soyez Bien et Soyez Célébrés.

We are looking for a Directeur en Design to join our growing team, for a one year contract, for a maternity leave replacement.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design for Men’s sportswear commodities Lead a team of Designers and Graphic designer to build each seasons collections Build a cohesive assortment and ensure each product delivers on brand aesthetic Researches and identifies fabric, yarn and trim trends Travels to relevant markets and retail landscapes to identify research appropriate style development Research, online, trend services, retail, and prepares Mood presentation boards Interprets business sales trends and incorporates for the upcoming season In partnership with the design team creates style concept boards for each area of responsibility, showing silhouette and color, fabric, print and pattern Identify product opportunities to capitalize on opportunities Partner with sourcing to build-out product that fits our quality and costing targets Lead fit sessions in partnership with tech team Partner with graphic designer to development screen prints, plaids and all over prints Collaborate with Brand owners on packaging requirements Help guide Designers to create detailed technical drawings and color cads using Adobe Illustrator. Review all sample comments, fabric/lab dips approval with Designers Ensure all design timelines are met and product is on track meeting calendar deadlines Knowledge of creating styles and tech packs in PLM.DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor’s degree in fashion, or college degree in fashion design 8+ years of related experience in Men's apparel design Excellent understanding of the contemporary and lifestyle markets on a global scale Excellent understanding knits, wovens sweaters, bottoms and light weight outerwear A dedication to quality and sustainability Ability to take ownership and be accountable Ability to take direction and be coachable and adaptable Ability to inspire and confidently campaign for ideas and proposals Thorough understanding apparel constructions, materials, costing and processes Highly motivated, Creative and Enthusiastic Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Ability to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners and drive towards shared success and outcomes Hands-on experience leading teams and developing design talent Strong proficiency of MS Office Suite Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Knowledge of PLM is an asset Experience in creating technical drawings.Be part of our growing community by getting involved with groups, teams, and initiatives like Be Green, Be Giving, Be Well and Be Celebrated.
