As a POS Operations Coordinator with this company, you'll be accountable for organizing and overseeing administrative tasks for the product team. Your primary focus will be on assisting with the day-to-day management of the POS marketing materials. This will entail tasks such as briefing, coordinating schedules and logistics, handling invoicing, and managing databases.

Success in this role will be bolstered by proficiency in O365 and excellence in Excel, along with familiarity with Smart Sheets and a strong attention to detail.

-Handling quotes, invoices, and maintaining POS databases.
-Leading the charge in distributing print materials to new stores.
-Ensuring clear communication with stores regarding print materials.

Qualifications
To excel as a POS Operations Coordinator, you should bring:

-Strong proficiency in O365, Excel, and SmartSheets.
-Design skills to add visual flair to your work.
-At least three years of solid administrative experience.
-A keen eye for detail, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
