GardaWorld s Pacific Region is expanding at a rapid rate, and we are looking to add an energetic security professional to our security services team based out of the Pacific Region, to champion and assist our account management team with our Interior book of business.

Overview: The Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of various operational processes within the organization. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and collaborate with different departments to achieve operational goals.

**Salary**:
Pay rate starting at $28/hr

**Job type**:
Full-time, Sunday to Thursday 12pm - 9pm

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Enhancing & retaining high-profile accounts through interactive solutions;
- Develop and implement plans for operational infrastructure, change management, special projects;
- Manage continual operational improvement of assigned portfolio;
- Ensure consistent adherence of corporate standards as well as ISO and COR compliance;
- Work with the local and regional teams to ensure goals are met or exceeded;
- Ensure operational efficiency in branch operations;
- Mentor and coach security officers in the field, with a relentless focus on exceeding customer expectations;

***Day-to-Day Tasks***:

- Act as lead and key contact in customer and field staff relationships
- Liaise with our National Team to support local initiatives and contracts
- Ensure innovative, creative and effective solutions are delivered to our clients in a timely manner
- Build and improve client relationships
- Collaborate with other team members, both in the Pacific Region and across Canada in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Liaise with both office management as well as client management and supervisors

***Requirements***:

- Highschool Diploma - some post secondary preferred.
- Proven experience in operations coordination or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using productivity and project management tools.
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and quality standards.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- Class 5 Drivers license with clean drivers abstract.
- BC Security License.
