This position is based in either Calgary, Alberta or Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and reports to the Senior Manager, IT Enterprise Applications - PPM.

What you will do:

Act as the lead technical analyst/architect in the sustainment of our Enterprise Project & Portfolio Management tool (Planisware) and wholistic solution. Provide configuration, development, and report-building services within the Planisware toolset. Support the evolution of the PPM space with AI enablement and other continuous improvement initiatives. Architect, support, and enhance integrations between Planisware and peripheral systems (SAP, Oracle, SAP HANA, Webmethods, etc.) Appropriately document application or integration changes. Provide backup to our lead Functional Analyst to ensure ticket prioritization and resolution. Partner with our Nitrogen, Phosphate, Potash, Corporate, and Retail business units to provide technical and basic functional support with a particular focus on providing excellent customer service. Lead frequent connects with other members of the sustainment organization and supporting members, driving forward technical initiatives such as performance enhancement, data validation, and configuration alignment between ongoing Program tracks. Certify as a Planisware Administrator, if not already certified.

What you will bring:

6+ years of experience working in an IT organization, with a coding and architecture background. Accredited degree in Computer Science or similar. A combination of education and experience may also be considered. Demonstrated experience in a large corporate environment, preferably in cross-functional areas. Finance and Project & Portfolio Management experience is considered an asset. Planisware experience is considered an asset but not required (training will be provided). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Experience in cloud environments and associated technologies. Demonstrated skills with SQL, JavaScript, and other coding languages. Strong skills in Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
