What you will do:

  1. Develop comprehensive IAM architecture and solutions that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements
  2. Design and implement identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access review
  3. Provide IAM guidance and best practices to other internal teams
  4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems, applications, and third-party services
  5. Ensure seamless interoperability between IAM platforms and other security technologies
  6. Establish and maintain identity governance frameworks, including role-based access control (RBAC) and entitlement management
  7. Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  8. Provide expertise and guidance to internal teams on IAM best practices, security policies, and compliance requirements
  9. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance organizational awareness of IAM principles
  10. Collaborate with the incident response team to investigate and mitigate security incidents related to identity and access management
  11. Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues in a timely and efficient manner

What you will bring:

  1. Bachelor's degree or college diploma (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  2. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are a bonus
  3. 6-8 years of experience as an IAM architect in a large and complex organizational environment
  4. In-depth knowledge of IAM technologies, including identity providers, directories, authentication protocols, and authorization mechanisms
  5. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, such as SoX, CCPA, CPPA, HIPAA, and other data protection laws
  6. Understand basic enterprise project management fundamentals
  7. Ability to work as part of a larger global team while self-managing local workloads and priorities
  8. Proven experience working with agile software development teams
  9. Proven analytical and leadership skills in projects delivering IT-based business solutions
  10. Proven ability to support the team and help where/when needed— a hands-on approach
  11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners
  12. The candidate must be able to read situational context and lead Digital Identity Architecture conversations with multiple stakeholder types
  13. Strong facilitation and presentation capabilities combined with consensus-building skills
  14. Demonstrated ability to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in the field of IAM
  15. Experience with the following tools:
    1. SailPoint IdentityIQ (required)

    3. PowerShell (required)
    4. Active Directory (required)
    5. Entra (required)
    6. PowerBI (beneficial)
    7. Splunk (beneficial)
    8. ServiceNow (beneficial)
    9. Illumio (beneficial)

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan and long-term incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee. b>
