Superviseur.e de production étudiant.e

En collaboration avec le Directeur de production et maintenance, l’ensemble des Superviseurs de production et les différents secteurs de l’usine, tu seras amené à travailler dans un environnement manufacturier alimentaire dynamique, dans lequel tu auras l’opportunité d’apprendre à tous les jours et ce, en étant en mesure de mettre en application la théorie en pratique.

Le côté technique te passionne tout en ayant un grand intérêt à te développer comme gestionnaire, nous t’offrons un environnement dans lequel tu seras en mesure de grandir et ce, avec le plus grand des supports.

En quoi consiste ce rôle :

Assurer le respect des programmes de santé et sécurité, d’environnement, de salubrité en plus de voir au respect, à l’application et la mise à jour du plan maîtrise qualité (ISO, HACCP, GFSI)

Mettre en application les programmes d’excellence opérationnelle en usine & animer les rencontres de performance avec ses équipes de travail 

Initier les démarches de résolution de problème avec ses équipes 

Assurer la mise en œuvre de démarches d’amélioration continue dans ses secteurs

Coordonner les procédés de fabrication et s’assurer du respect des plans de production ainsi que de la qualité du produit ;

Gérer ses employés de production mettant l’accent sur la mobilisation, la responsabilisation et le développement des compétences

Veille à l’application de la convention collective tout en assurant une gestion basée sur le partenariat d’affaire avec l’ensemble des collaborateurs sur site.

Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe :

Tu es présentement aux études pour l'obtention d'un diplôme d’études collégiales ou universitaires dans un domaine connexe;

Tu es disponible pour travailler sur différents quarts de travail (jour, soir, nuit) en fonction des horaires de cours académiques;

Tu es disponible à temps plein pour la période estivale;

Tu as une bonne aisance avec MS Office (Word et Excel)

Être disponible à temps partiel durant l’école et à temps plein durant l’été.
