L’usine des fromages fins de St-Hyacinthe, c'est bien plus qu'une usine, c'est l'un des piliers de l’histoire de la coopérative d’Agropur, participant à l’économie locale de la région maskoutaine depuis plus de 40 ans. L’usine poursuit son virement vers un modèle d’efficacité et d’amélioration opérationnelle et ce, dans une approche d’implication des gens.

Dans la poursuite de ce virement, nous sommes à la recherche d’un des piliers des opérations de l’usine soit un **Superviseur de production sur le quart de jour **. Ce pilote, qui va au-delà l’action quotidienne, est capable d'une vision stratégique et surtout, est apte à l’opérationnaliser dans une approche de gestion de changement.

**En quoi consiste ce rôle**:
Au sein d’une équipe de cinq (5) superviseurs de production, un(e) coordonnateur planification, un(e) technicien planification & collaborant en étroite collaboration avec le Directeur de production & maintenance, en tant qu’acteur clé de changement, votre rôle sera de:

- Livrer au quotidien le plan de production en quantité, qualité et en coût, en coordonnant adéquatement les procédés de fabrication fromagère & les équipes de travail;
- Agir comme un exemple quant à la gestion des grands programmes SST (Cadenassage, Sécurité machine, Espace clos, SIMDUT, etc.);
- Comprendre et bien appliquer la convention collective;
- Participer et supporter nos employés vers une culture de performance & d’efficacité opérationnelle;
- Initier, supporter et gérer les initiatives d’amélioration opérationnelle;
- Participer à la définition des objectifs stratégiques de l’usine ainsi que de les opérationnaliser;
- Gérer le maintien & participer à l’amélioration constante des standards de production;
- Participer aux différents comités d’usine.

**Ce que nous cherchons**:

- Baccalauréat ou technique collégiale dans un domaine lié à la gestion des opérations, à l’ingénierie ou transformation alimentaire (ITA, STA, Génie alimentaire);
- Vous cumulez plus de cinq (5) années d’expérience comme Superviseur de production dans l’industrie alimentaire jumelé à une solide expérience d’agent de changement;
- Vous avez participé activement à la gestion de changement de projets opérationnels;
- Vous avez œuvré au sein d’organisations axées sur l’efficacité opérationnelle;
- Très grande capacité de mener et d’amener le changement au sein d’équipes de travail;
- Très bonnes aptitudes de communication et fort leadership d’équipe;
- Joueur d’équipe incontesté;
- Grande préoccupation pour la santé et sécurité & salubrité alimentaire.
