Montreal Corporate Head Office, where most of their employees are based, offers career opportunities in Design, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT and HR as well as in the Production and Warehousing facilities.

OBJECTIVE:
Our Marketing team is growing and is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help support our B2B initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of marketing materials for our global sales team, assist with projects, supporting our digital channels and strategies, and fostering close collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the Marketing team with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities ie: Swatchbooks, GWP, POS, Sales meeting and events.  Assist with social media content, and deployment of communication materials including sample management and internal orders for Influencers / Ambassadeurs Manage the Amazon drive, photo albums with sales content, and Data Assets Management “Hightail D.A.M.” Create purchase order requests and manage invoices from vendors & supplier Work with other internal teams to provide marketing support for various events Create briefs based on requests for co-operative advertising Order marketing material and coordination shipment to customers Managing general marketing email inbox including dispatching general requests from Sales Team to Marketing and Creative.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

Post-secondary degree or diploma in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field 2+ years of experience in marketing Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail Perfectly bilingual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports Occasional travel is required, must hold a valid driver’s license
