What you’ll do:
Lead and guide the Transportation Operations dispatch team to ensure a balance of cost control, operational efficiency and stakeholder support is maintained while providing superior service to the Co-op Retailing System. Analyze volumes to identify inefficient route combinations, action change with appropriate stakeholders to increase efficiencies and minimize total trip counts. Work closely with local Co-ops as well as internal stakeholders to provide data driven solutions and recommendations to lower freight costs and operating expenses. Support the Manager to develop the budget. Work alongside regional counterparts and Sr. Supervisor Trucking and Administration, build operational plan to meet Petroleum and Merchandise heavy demand periods. Weekend shifts may be required.Who you’ll work with :
You will work closely with Product Supply, Fleet Services, and the Senior Supervisor – Trucking and Administration. You will lead a teamand will report into the Manager, Transportation Service on a team that strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and safety.

Have 6-9 years of relevant progressively responsible experience. Have a Diploma in Business or Logistics (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered). Experience in previous supervisory position and working with automated systems will be considered as asset. CITT designation is an asset.What we offer:
