Your role 

The ideal talent has significant experience managing paid search campaigns as well as expertise in paid advertising strategies, performance optimization and data analysis.

The talent will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimizing paid search (SEM) campaigns to maximize performance and achieve performance goals set for our clients. In addition, they will be responsible for managing and overseeing the paid search practice for our clients, ensuring the adoption and continuous improvement of best practices.

what you will do.

Lead the development and implementation of innovative search strategies for our clients. Oversee the management and optimization of campaigns on search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Search Ads 360). Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations based on precise insights. Work closely with internal teams (strategy, planning, data) to guarantee consistency and optimal effectiveness of campaigns. Train and support internal teams and clients on search best practices. Monitor trends and new developments in the field of search and craft POVs for internal and external stakeholders. Train and supervise your team on search best practices and quality assurance. Work in partnership with the Group Performance Director to ensure effective delivery. Exceed performance targets through effective activation. Support senior client and stakeholder relationships through effective communication and touchpoint strategies. Partner engagement and relationship management (Google, Microsoft).

what you bring.

5+ years of experience managing campaigns on search platforms. Technical Knowledge: Mastery of the main search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Search Ads 360). Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills and mastery of performance measurement tools. Ability to interpret data and transform insights into strategic actions. Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present clear and compelling reports and recommendations. A didactic spirit and enjoy passing on your knowledge and skills to others. Certification: Google Search required. Autonomy: Ability to work independently and in a team, to take initiatives and manage several projects simultaneously. People Management: Experience managing and nurturing direct reports. Driven by a curiosity of leveraging AI tools to advance our clients work and objectives
