**Title**:Performance Lead, Director

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Develop, solidify and maintain client relationships ensuring collaboration, strong partnership, and a united vision to achieve client business objectives
- Once briefed, develop framework communications, marketplace analysis, goals, strategy, audience, budget mix, and channel role.
- Maintain client contact, attend meetings and make presentations as required
- Support client’s plan presentations: accountable to ensure the plan answers the brief in a client-appropriate manner that will drive their business goals
- Support the director in the day-to-day management of accounts between client, strategy, investment, and analytic teams
- Work with the Media Investment team and other partners to ensure that the idea is strategically relevant and commercially viable
- Defining what are the critical outcomes that can be addressed through media and communicating them to the client as well as all internal stakeholders
- Help develop and steward client measurement plans and collaborate across disciplines to ensure KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are delivered, and we report on the appropriate variables
- Own the end-to-end measurement framework while being responsible for creating actionable insights
- The central POC & owner within the team of media-driven business KPI’s
- Identifying tech, data & partnership opportunities that can improve & scale client outcomes, I.e., the thought leader and owner of products driven innovations
- Identify, develop, and manage scalable omnichannel opportunities
- Development of industry and category POVs on respective client business
- Establish strong industry profile and relationships with crucial marketplace partners
- Embrace Mindshare culture, mission, and vision - embody it and action it

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- College diploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, or communications, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of relevant industry experience
- Proven experience with people leadership to design a vision and strategy that motivates the team and fuels growth
- Possess a strong understanding of business marketing, communication planning, and the media marketplace
- Strong understanding of digital platforms for planning & insights such as DV 360, GA 360, GMP, Adobe Experience Cloud, etc.
- Proficiency with industry planning tools (ComScore, Nielsen, Vividata)
- Up to date knowledge of media owners, content owners, production agencies, research companies, and other suppliers which we could partner with
- Current Canadian market planning experience
- Skilled at leading client conversations and managing client responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent projects
- Awareness of client business issues, industry/consumer trends, promotional resources, market status, and competition.
- Good understanding of tracking and tagging, behavioral marketing, database modeling, retargeting, and addressability
