We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our Marketing team as a Website Specialist. This is a Full-Time, Regular position working out of our National Office in Abbotsford, BC.

As the Fraserway Website Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance, functionality, and user experience of our company's website to deliver a top 3 performing RV site in Canada. The website specialist is responsible for uploading content to the company website and accurately following established design templates, rules and guidelines to create a positive experience for all who visit our site. This position will include website strategy development, setting the KPI’s, maintaining the website, building engaging and responsive landing pages, removing expired content and partnering with key content owners to keep the website user friendly and a place where customers easily find what they want and need. This position will also assist with other digital communications, like sending email and posting to social media accounts, if needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:  

Website Development: Champion the development and approval of strategies and targets for FW online store and lead generation hub (Website) Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective website solutions. Develop, implement, and maintain responsive and visually appealing websites using the latest web technologies, including our current platforms, and best practices. Ensure the integration of third-party applications and services to enhance website functionality. Produce web pages according to guidelines based on example pages and templates. Website Maintenance and Updates: Regularly update website content, images, documents, links and video and photo embeds ensuring accuracy and relevance. Conduct routine audits to identify and rectify broken links, outdated content, and other issues, including usability enhancement opportunities. Monitor website performance and implement improvements to optimize speed, responsiveness, and overall user experience. Keep website current by regularly cleaning out old documents and images and updating with new content. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and address website-related issues promptly, collaborating with relevant teams to implement effective solutions. Conduct thorough testing to identify bugs, errors, or inconsistencies, and implement corrective measures. SEO and Analytics: Implement and ongoing optimization of SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and search engine rankings to achieve target KPIs. Support agency partners, Senior Marketing Manager and National Lead – CRM & Digital Marketing on implementation and ongoing maintenance of SEM strategies; offer insight and recommendations to improve website leads and conversions Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze website performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Report on monthly website and digital metrics as defined by National Lead – CRM & Digital Marketing User Experience (UX) Enhancement: Collaborate with design teams to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience. Implement user feedback and conduct usability testing to enhance website navigation and functionality. Conversion Optimization: Implement and optimize conversion tools designed to enhance user engagement and increase conversion rates to meet set performance targets Regularly assess the effectiveness of these tools and optimize them to ensure maximum performance and return on investment. Conversion Rate Optimization via ongoing testing and analysis (A/B testing, user feedback, analytics) to improve content and user journeys to improve overall conversion rates. Ensure a conversion focus is built into digital channels and platforms to support conversion actions via the website. Security and Compliance: Work with appropriate stakeholders to recommend and implement security measures to protect the website from potential threats and vulnerabilities. Ensure the website complies with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field. Proven experience in website development and maintenance of high performing lead generation and selling web platforms. Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with content management systems (CMS). Strong understanding of SEO best practices and website analytics tools. Excellent business, planning and problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with security protocols and compliance standards.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with e-commerce platforms. Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and WordPress are considered a plus. Knowledge of web accessibility standards. Familiarity with graphic design tools. Understanding of emerging web technologies and trends.

Pay range for this role is-$85k-100K based on experience.

Work Conditions :

Hybrid role with expectations to be in office atleast 3 days a week
