Application Administrator – Contract

Reporting to the Assistant Manager of Applications you will be responsible for deploying changes, updates and upgrades and maintaining health of production environments for production applications or technology, including non-enterprise, through ongoing analysis and reporting.

Here is what a typical day looks like

Support the global HR team on issues within our modules in SuccessFactors such as Onboarding (ONB 1.0), Recruiting (RCM), Learning (LMS), IAS/IPS, CPI Integrations, and Performance Management (CPM) Provide ongoing support to end users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related problems in a timely manner. Develop and deliver training materials and user documentation to promote system adoption and proficiency among HR teams and employees. Create and update HRIS documentation (i.e., process-flows, system configurations) to support the end user. Customize and optimize system settings, workflows, and business rules to align with organizational processes and requirements. Provide controls for the protection of personal data in compliance with GDPR and other PII compliance & security best practices and regulations. SF troubleshooting skills, conversant with SAP Support model and process. SAP SuccessFactors release management Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts. Time off module support including creation of accrual business rules, time type, time account and time profiles. Assist in troubleshooting of time off related issues. Audit and analyze data to ensure integrity (data accuracy and completeness) via standard and ad hoc reports from SuccessFactors. Advise HR on how to make the required data changes (based on audit outcomes). Consulting assistance during new project implementations. Ensure data integrity and system stability through regular audits and proactive maintenance activities.

The value you bring

Demonstrated administrative and organizational skills with a high degree of thoroughness and accuracy. 3+ years of experience with Success Factors HCM/HRMS administration, configuration, and development in complex business environments. Strong analytical problem-solving skills, capable of dealing with ambiguous situations. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with objectivity and discretion, High personal standard of integrity. Proven skills in reviewing detailed data, spotting anomalies, and identifying solutions. Strong understanding of HRIS principles, processes, and best practices. Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours/week

Location: Remote across Canada
