Internship - Employee Experience Development Plan (Hybrid).

We are currently seeking an intern for the Employee Experience area.
The profiles we are looking for are graduating people who are enlightened, who have interpersonal skills with a spirit of initiative and curiosity to come and help us in the execution of the strategic plan and the evolution of the business sector.
Reporting to a senior strategic planning advisor, the intern will have the following main responsibilities:
Participate in:
An initiative to improve the prioritization and execution of the employee experience sector portfolioAn approach to prioritize activities that have the greatest impact on people and their well-being in the transformationConcretely :Collaborate to create an optimized execution cycle: approach, tools and documentation Facilitate meetings and coordinate activities to identify irritants and opportunities to implement and operationalize certain solutions Work within a team with a multidisciplinary and multi-sector group (HR, Legal, Procurement, Communications and ESG)Profile
University student (graduate) in project management (master’s degree)Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, Powerpoint, Excel, Teams, Share Point, Confluence, JIRAAbility to work within a multidisciplinary teamAttention to detail and ability to produce quality documentationInterest in humansThe communicationsBilingualism preferredRequired Skills
Ability to address organizational challenges and respond to them as opportunitiesCuriosity for organizations and the business worldVerbal communication and presentation skillsAgility in changeAbility to work with tight deadlinesTolerance for ambiguityEnergy and resilienceExcellent knowledge of French, ability to write and produce documents at management level
Finally, here are some specific conditions related to this position:
Temporary position 3-4 months with possibility of conversion to permanent employment - Schedule 5 days per weekFlexible and hybrid work environment Start date: Immediately Languages:Language: French
