BMW Gallery is actively searching for a Juinior   WarrantyAdministrator  to join our growing team in Alberta Youwill be responsible for assisting with the administration of warranty claimsand providing support to our warranty department.

ABOUT THE ROLE

File and organize documents accurately and efficiently according to established procedures. Retrieve documents as requested by staff members and ensure timely delivery. Scan documents and maintain digital records as needed. Assist with document shredding and disposal in compliance with company policies and regulations. Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies related to file management. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the file room.


ABOUT YOU

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a file room or administrative role preferred, but not required. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
