    Witha strong focus on project governance The IT Program Delivery Leadwill be responsible for the ITC streams of theDigital Enhancements as part of the DigitalTransformation program ensuring theprogram meets the predefined objectives with a strong focus onoverall governance.
  • Thisrole will be required to understand all risks associated with theprogram and is required to communicate and suggest mitigationactivities for any risks identified.
  • Overallthis position is accountable for connecting the business andtechnical needs of the program driving execution establishingeffective communication internally and externally while ensuringthe overall governance and customer experience is the programfocus.

ResourceResponsibilities

  • Establishingnew delivery stream for DigitalEnhancements:
  • Workcollaboratively with Business Partners to implement digitalsolutions across theSDLC
  • Resourceestimation and allocation to achieve programgoals
  • Manageall aspects of program including changes risks andissues
  • Reporton program health and status to senior executives within programandarchitecture
  • governancebodies
  • Provideguidance and mentoring to team members asrequired




Requirements
RequiredQualification:
  • 10years experience in leading delivery for complex highly integratedtechnologysolutions
  • 10years working in a hybrid environment managing onsite and offsitedelivery partners vendorsandstaff
  • Abilityto communicate technical concepts to all audiences verbally and inwriting
  • Excellentproblemsolving and analyticalskills
  • Experienceoperating and interfacing with business management includingnegotiation and presentationskills
  • Excellentcommunication skills both written and verbal. Understandscommunication channelsand escalatesappropriately
  • Mustbe able to see tasks through to completion without significantguidance
  • Personaltime management skills and ability to meet individual and teamdeadlines
