Responsibilities

The fire alarm service representative will be required to assist with duties of maintenance, inspections and repairs on fire alarm, fire extinguisher, emergency lighting systems and other life safety systems as requiredThe successful candidate will ensure that the highest standard of system reliability and client satisfaction are metPerform verifications on fire alarm systemsComplete work orders and report in a timely fashionOn-call for emergency service calls/workAct as liaison between customer & TroyOther duties as assigned

Qualifications

Completion of or enrollment in CFAA Certification Courses - willing to obtain within 1 year of employmentTwo years of community college in electronics is desired, or equivalent training or work experience will be an assetPrevious training/experience in fire alarm systems is an assetProficient in the use of computersMust possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving recordExceptional customer service skills and organizational skillsMust be available to work afternoons/nights on an ongoing basis
