**Location: Cambridge, ON**

**Compensation: $50,000 per year**

**We are looking for a superstar administrator who has a keen eye for detail, is task oriented, organized and is always 10 steps ahead on any projects or responsibilities provided.**

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Prepare Letters
- Prepare Employment Agreement and any letterhead changes
- Support day-to-day HR Compliance for business licenses, master licenses and any reporting
- Support MVIS, CVOR and TSSA documentation and audits
- Support H&S MOL claims - project management
- Support Fire Protection Services to ensure we are adhering to all annual inspections and that findings are being completed and certificates provided
- Create tracking for contractors/sub-contractors and their certifications/insurance
- Follow up for monthly WHMIS renewals and Smart Serve certifications
- Assist with ordering health and safety supplies
- Business Card Orders
- Act as a back-up on access management and benefits, alarms/keys management, and general filing/scanning duties
- Assist our Health and Safety team by scheduling training for employees (i.e., First-Aid, Forklift certification, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned

- Valid G driver’s license and clean abstract
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills including excel use
- Extremely organized with documents and managing your time
- The ability to think ahead and be prepared
