Responsibilities:
  • Provide courteous, professional, and timely responses to a continuous volume of customer concerns, as
    well as written customer inquiries.
  • Identify and address all customer questions and concerns.
  • Thoroughly research and understand all facets of customers' requests.
  • Ensure content of oral and written communication meets the needs of the target audience
  • Work closely with Project Support Team.
Qualifications:
  • Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
  • High School Diploma / GED required
  • Associate Degree / College Degree preferred
  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Bilingual French/English is a must.
  • Ability to work between the hours of 9:00am to 6:00pm EST Monday through Friday.
  • 1 year experience in a Customer Service role
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Demonstrate strong conversational skills
  • Ability to work independently yet is a team player
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work successfully in a call center environment (sitting, talking to customers in a repetitive, regimented environment for an 8-hour shift)
