Job Summary:

Are you an experienced Construction Manager with a proven track record in successfully delivering multi-family projects, including townhouses, 4plexes, and wood frame constructions? If so, we want to hear from you Our dynamic and rapidly growing construction team is seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee and drive the successful completion of multi-family projects in the vibrant Calgary region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Management:
    • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-family construction projects from inception to completion.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
  2. Team Leadership:
    • Provide effective leadership to on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive working environment to enhance team performance.
  3. Client Communication:
    • Act as the main point of contact between the construction team and clients.
    • Provide regular project updates and address client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  4. Quality Assurance:
    • Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout the construction process.
    • Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly.
  5. Budget Management:
    • Monitor project budgets and costs, identifying and addressing potential overruns.
    • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management with a focus on multi-family projects like townhouses, 4plexes etc.
  • Extensive knowledge of townhouse, 4plex, and wood frame construction methods and practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in the Calgary region.
