Position: Bilingual French Customer/Tech Support Representative

Our client is a leading healthcare company dedicated to providing top-notch service and support to their customers, who use their virtual platform.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual French Customer/Tech Support Representative to join our client’s call center team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both French and English and possess excellent communication skills. This role involves providing technical assistance and customer support to our French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues in both French and English, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, providing clear and concise solutions.

  • Assist customers with product setup, usage, and maintenance.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues using our CRM system.

  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues.

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide accurate information and support.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical support or management as necessary.

  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer support processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is required.

  • Proven experience in customer service or technical support roles.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • High level of patience, empathy, and professionalism.
