YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

:

Reporting to the Camp General Supervisor, you will be part of the Camp Department. They play an important part in providing administrative support and assistance to the Camp General Supervisor. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.

Manage all camp administrative tasks:

oTime entries, reports, invoices, Intranet updates, signages, etc.

Assist the General Supervisor with:

oCamp-related projects,

oOperational decisions,

oCamp capacity management.

Provide support and training for Front Desk Agents, Follow up on camp deficiencies and preventive measures with the infrastructure maintenance team and planners, Manage, track and optimize orders and inventories:

oAssist the Inventory analyst and purchasing department as needed.

Manage lockers and luggage rooms, Manage camp requests from workers and other departments, Coordinate on-site visits for camp suppliers and specialized contractors, Manage camp-related communications.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Degree or Diploma in Administration or related, Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, Solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities, Skills:

oCustomer services,

oCommunication,

oOrganization,

oTeamwork,

oFlexibility and adaptability.

Experience working in a multicultural environment, Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Note that the official working language at Meliadine is English.
