En tant qu'assistant(e)-gérant(e), tu vas :
Évaluer, soutenir, former et coacher régulièrement ton équipe sur les produits, le style, les techniques de vente et les procédures opérationnelles. Soutenir le/la gérant(e) de magasin dans les opérations quotidiennes, hebdomadaires et mensuelles, en fixant des objectifs de vente quotidiens et en suivant les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI). Développer les talents en magasin et les futurs leaders en motivant et promouvant les membres de ton équipe. Gérer les procédures d'ouverture et de fermeture du magasin comme un(e) pro. Veiller à ce que tous les produits et les présentoirs soient bien mis en valeur pour maximiser les ventes et la rentabilité.Ce qu’il te faut :
Entre 2 et 4 ans d'expérience en magasin dans un poste de gestion, idéalement dans la mode masculine. De l'expérience dans le maintien de l'excellence opérationnelle en magasin (analyse des KPI, planification, gestion des stocks, etc.). Des compétences éprouvées en leadership pour recruter, développer et encadrer les membres de ton équipe. Être bilingue en français et en anglais (parlé et écrit) puisque tu rencontreras des clients de tous typesCe qu’on t’offre :
