Weare looking for a values-based, innovative educator who is committed to relational teaching to do the following:

One-to-one or small group learning support in the Learning Enrichment Centre (LEC) Collaborate with LEC Co-Ordinator to support the LEC vision Collaborate with classroom teachers to offer specific supports and accommodations for each individual LEC student Recognize individual learning styles and the characteristics of learners Keep students on-pace with their courses Improve students' study skills Diagnose students' fundamental math skills Improve students' executive functioning skills

Qualifications

Bachelorof Education Bein good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers Intermediate-senior qualifications in mathematics would be considered an asset Intermediate-senior qualifications in Science is considered an asset Havea strong sense of professional growth and a willingness to try new approaches to teaching and learning Experience teaching or working in a faith-based environment is an asset Befullycommitted to the HNMCS mission and Catholic identity
