Job Overview

Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Communications, the Communications and Marketing Specialist will implement and evaluate effective internal communication and marketing plans targeted at Qualico employees across Western Canada and US operations.
 
 Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Creating and implementing effective internal communication and marketing plans to support business goals and align with company priorities.Developing and publishing content on Qualico’s intranet and internal newsletter.Managing multiple internal campaigns, editorial calendars, and day-to-day tasks.Measuring and tracking engagement success of internal communication programs to make recommendations ensuring maximum impact.Coordinating and providing recommendations on video projects.

Essential Requirements

Post-secondary education in communications, marketing, or equivalent.Minimum 3 years of communications or marketing related experience.Experience using website content management tools and/or HTML email marketing tools.Professional experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop) or similar software.Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
