Qualifications

1 – 2 years or more of relevant administrative and/or support experience in a professional environment, collaborating with teams and providing support

Experience in the Talent Acquisition or Human Resources domain and/or with Workday would be a significant benefit

Experience coordinating, managing and organizingscheduling, correspondence, documents, and status tracking or reporting for multiple stakeholders

Highly proficient with corporate calendar systems; Outlook would be preferred

Highly proficient with MS-Office/O365 or similar; advanced or expert level skills would be an asset

Excellent written and oral English communication skills

Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or other relevant field or equivalent work experience
