The Supply Chain Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the supply chain team by managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring smooth logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and availability of stock.
  • Order Processing: Process purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers and vendors to confirm orders, track shipments, and resolve any issues.
  • Logistics Support: Assist in coordinating transportation and logistics activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Data Entry: Maintain and update supply chain databases and systems with accurate information.
  • Reporting: Prepare and generate regular reports on inventory, order status, and supply chain metrics.
  • Documentation: Ensure all supply chain documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed.
  • Support Activities: Assist with various administrative tasks and support the supply chain team as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a supply chain, logistics, or inventory management role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and supply chain management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
