**Job Description - Supply Chain Coordinator**:
Under the direction of the Procurement Operations Manager, the Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for procurement, inventory management and supply chain processes supporting Flynn Canada business objectives. This role leads interactions with vendors, internal inventory resources, Project Managers, and other internal departments resources to monitor and continuously improve product flow and addressing logistics issues related to on-time deliveries and quality.

**A Day in the Life**:

- Procure, coordinate, and arrange in-bound and out-bound freight for raw materials, finished goods, and other good movements. -Serve as primary point of contact for assigned vendors/ product.
- Completes required reports and analysis of data to help facilitate procurement and inventory process in a cost-effective manner.
- Assists the Supply Manager in reviewing opportunities to reduce product costs and improve supply chain operations.
- Issue and coordinate Paint purchase orders and Freight purchase orders with the respective vendors and coordinate with the Production Manager and Project Managers.
- Issue PO’s and subsequent coordination to guarantee the delivery to the internal customer’s requirements.
- In accordance with company policy, purchase the raw materials and /or finished goods needed by the production department to manufacture efficiently.
- Communicate directly with vendors to meet project delivery needs
- Coordinate and assist with inventory control through cycle counting and updating in-house MRP to reflect vendor supplies.
- Generate reports for weekly Inventory counts and In-hand Inventory holdings.
- Maintain Inventory levels of various products assigned.
- Lead quarterly and yearly end inventory Counts and tally the financial books.
- All other duties as assigned.

**What We Are Seeking**:

- minimum 1 year experience in a similar role and environment.
- Graduate from College/University program in Supply Chain and Logistics.
- Self-motivated; strong organizational skills, strong communication skills and strong attention to detail.
