Our cloud-based product, Verafin, helps fight crime by stopping fraud and money laundering. Stopping the flow of this money means stopping crimes such as human trafficking, elder abuse, and drug trafficking. Our mission is to protect the world from financial crime The Data Install team is the first technical introduction for brand new Verafin customers.

Role Responsibilities:

Set up Secure File Transfer Protocol connections

Work with customers to receive and validate data

Set up custom import code

Work with customers to validate data in the application

Resolve issues from validation

Essential Skills & Experience:

Currently enrolled as a student in a technical college program

Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Outstanding customer support skills

Would be good to have experience in a few of these areas:

Object-Oriented Programming 

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Linux Scripting (GREP, SED, AWK)

JSON

SQL

XML
