Night shift: 10pm-6am

$35-$43 depending on experience + education
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and respond promptly to emergency repairs for system and equipment breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot process and production issues to identify and resolve root causes efficiently.
- Complete documentation related to preventive maintenance, repairs, safety protocols, inventory management, and procedural updates.
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on production line equipment to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
- Utilize welding, fabrication, pneumatics, and hydraulic skills for equipment repair as needed.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety policies, including compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety regulations, at all times.
Qualifications
3+ years experience in a food/packaging environment
Must have a strong passion and desire for the wellbeing and safety of employees
Strong troubleshooting skills + welding experience
