Description

Reporting to the National Accounts Manager, the Retail Sales Specialist is responsible for providing strategic, technical support and direct B2B sales of high-quality graphic packaging and displays.

What you will be doing:

Increase revenue by converting inbound leads, hitting individual monthly targets and contributing to the Corrugated Sales Team’s monthly targets. Respond to technical display inquiries from the Sales Team, and lead display sales Participate in joint calls and visit customers to review products, evaluate and recommend custom packaging and display solutions to suit individual customer needs Facilitate the order process internally from design, estimating, customer service and production. Provide training and support to Corrugated Sales Team to increase understanding of products manufactured by RPDD Liaison, consult and drive the following assignments in conjunction with Atlantic Partner companies: Drive Digital and Retail SalesIdentify and execute specialty packaging and display opportunities.Take over responsibilities of specific strategic retail accounts as applicable. Provide strategic and technical support for Strategic Sales Manager’s growth initiative.

What you will bring to the table:

Post-secondary education in a business program or related field of study. 5 years of sales experience ideally in the graphics or packaging industry. A strong ability to communicate clearly, to help internal and external customers define their needs or specifications and present product options. Proficient at presenting and demonstrating value-based solutions. Strong project management skills including planning and time management with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. Ability to handle deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong business acumen with strong customer service orientation. Self-starter with proven ability to achieve/exceed sales targets. Tech savvy with the ability to navigate CRM and effectively leverage MS Office products.
