*Location: Near Bramalea Go station*
- Salary: $18 per hour
- Commissions*

Our client specializes in crafting exquisite custom base railing solutions that combine innovation and functionality. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist to help us showcase our unique offerings and engage with our clients in meaningful ways.

**Key Responsibilities**: *
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and outreach.
- Nurture leads and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products and services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.

**Qualifications**: *
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to drive engagement.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.
- Enthusiasm for interior design, architecture, or custom fabrication is a plus.

**Compensation**:*
- Hourly rate of $18, plus lucrative commissions on successful sales.
