We are looking for a customer service-oriented doorman to be the ambassador and main point of contact for our property in downtown Montreal. We are looking to fill a full-time position for night shifts, from 11 to 7 Location Name : HUMANITI Location City : Montréal Job Status : Permanent: Full Time Job Schedule : Night time Superior : Directeur des Services Résidentiels Hours per week : 40

Purpose of the position

Are you bilingual and would you like to have an hourly salary of $ The ideal candidate will be friendly, courteous, warm, caring and comfortable with people of all age groups. - Ensure policies and procedures for first class service are followed- Welcome residents, guests and those directed to the complex- Interact with all tenants and guests in a pleasant and professional manner- Answer the phone and handle calls- Receive maintenance complaints from tenants and note them in the appropriate register- Receive and process incoming deliveries, shipments, mail and packages- Ensure that the main entrance and workstation are always clean and tidy- Report any problem to the administration- Intervene in the event of an incident (noise, safety, accident, etc.)- Perform other tasks as assigned to you Specifically, your daily life with us will look like : Provide a high level of customer service Greet visitors Analyze client needs Ensure adequate communication between staff on different shifts Manage customer inquiries Note and following up on all residents' requests Interact with your colleagues in response to client requests

Required qualifications :

A good working knowledge of French and English, both oral and written
