de l'emploiLe groupe Prysmian est à la recherche d’un planificateur pour faire partie de son équipe. Le candidat retenu sera sous la supervision de la directrice du département, il sera responsable des tâches administratives liées à la planification, logistiques et des matières premières nécessaires pour produire les produits demandés par nos clients. Le titulaire de ce poste travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les employés du département local et central, bien comme les équipes de ventes et d’achats, afin de s’assurer que les besoins des clients, ainsi que l’employeur sont respectés.

Établir et réviser le calendrier de production de l'usine et les commandes spéciales Planifier et ajuster le volume de l'usine à court et à long terme Soutenir l'équipe logistique tout au long du processus Effectuer le décompte physique mensuel des stocks de matières premières, du travail en cours et des produits finis Aider l'équipe de direction à effectuer diverses tâches administratives en fonction des connaissances et des compétences du titulaire du poste Prépare & maintient les plannings de production quotidienne des machines à distribuer à l'usine et aux départements internes en collaboration avec le(s) superviseur(s) de zone. S'assurer que les dates de livraison engagées sont respectées quotidiennement et que le personnel approprié est informé des mises à jour. Assurer une bonne synergie et collaboration entre les départements de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, de production, et de la qualité. Interagir avec les départements des ventes et de la chaîne d'approvisionnement pour prioriser ou corriger les commandes Maintenir une bonne communication avec les autres usines de Persian pour se soutenir mutuellement en cas de besoin Gérer les rapports avec les principaux KPI de production Engagé à promouvoir la durabilité et les pratiques respectueuses de l'environnement au sein de notre organisationQualifications:
1 à 2 ans d’expérience dans un environnement de fabrication. Bonne capacité à travailler en équipe Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale dans les deux langues officielles (français et anglais) Compétences solides en résolution de problèmes et capacité à penser de manière créative. Aptitudes de gestion pour le multitâche et attentif aux détails Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à gérer plusieurs échéances Expérience avec SAP (souhaitable). La maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office telles que Word, Excel, etc., est préférée.” L'expérience en S&OP, en planification de la demande ou en planification de l'approvisionnement est un plus. Capable de bien travailler dans un environnement très rythmé et sous pression.
