Main Objective:
The Main goal of the Production Manager is to manage the production of the seating department to ensure on time shipment of the goods to the customers with the highest quality standard

Daily Tasks:

- Do the production planning in coordination with the sales/customer service, set priorities & goal for daily/weekly production & adjust as needed
- Manage the people, equipment’s & resolve everyday issues
- Analyze the capacity, foresee the potential issues for the new/existing orders - report to the management with possible solution
- Work closely with the purchasing/material planning dept. to monitor material supply flow and identify any shortages or bottlenecks, provide material requisition as needed
- Update management with the daily production report
- Work with the MRP systems to track, update - sales order, purchase order, BOM etc.
- Work with the engineering dept. as needed for new projects & to resolve current issues
- Ensure employees follow company procedures and ensure proper documentation of production procedures.(both painting and seating)
- Do any other task as assigned by the management

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a production manager role
- Energetic, dynamic, self-motivated & someone experience in leading a small team
- A person wanting to grow with the company & in responsibilities
- A good planner, organized & methodical
- Experience working with 5S, Six Sigma & LEAN mfg. is an asset

Objectif principal:
L'objectif principal du directeur de la production est de gérer la production du département des sièges afin de garantir l'expédition des marchandises aux clients dans les délais impartis et dans le respect des normes de qualité les plus strictes.

Tâches quotidiennes:

- Effectuer la planification de la production en coordination avec les ventes/le service à la clientèle, fixer les priorités et les objectifs de la production quotidienne/hebdomadaire et procéder aux ajustements nécessaires.
- Gérer le personnel, les équipements et résoudre les problèmes quotidiens.
- Rationaliser le flux de production, le processus et appliquer toutes les techniques modernes disponibles pour garantir une productivité et une qualité maximales.
- Analyser la capacité, prévoir les problèmes potentiels pour les commandes nouvelles/existantes - faire rapport à la direction avec des solutions possibles.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le service des achats/de la planification des matériaux pour surveiller le flux d'approvisionnement en matériaux et identifier toute pénurie ou tout goulot d'étranglement, fournir des demandes de matériaux si nécessaire.
- Mettre à jour les rapports de production quotidiens à l'intention de la direction.
- Travailler avec les systèmes MRP pour suivre et mettre à jour les commandes de vente, les commandes d'achat, les nomenclatures, etc.
- Travailler avec le département d'ingénierie en cas de besoin pour de nouveaux projets et pour résoudre les problèmes actuels.
- Veiller à ce que les employés respectent les procédures de l'entreprise et s'assurer que les procédures de production sont correctement documentées (à la fois pour la peinture et l'assise).
- Effectuer toute autre tâche confiée par la direction.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de directeur de production
- Energique, dynamique, motivé et ayant de l'expérience dans la gestion d'une petite équipe.
- Personne désireuse d'évoluer au sein de l'entreprise et d'assumer des responsabilités.
- Bon planificateur, organisé et méthodique
- Une expérience de travail avec 5S, Six Sigma et LEAN mfg. est un atout.
