**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Buyer Planner to oversee our inventory management system. The Buyer Planner will be responsible for forecasting, replenishing, and maintaining optimal inventory levels to ensure customer satisfaction while minimizing inventory carrying costs. This individual will work closely with various departments to analyze sales data, demand forecasts, and inventory levels to make informed decisions and recommendations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze sales trends, historical data, and demand forecasts to determine optimal inventory levels for assigned products.
- Develop and maintain inventory replenishment plans and purchase orders to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify potential stock-outs, overstocks, and slow-moving inventory.
- Work with suppliers and logistics specialist to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Coordinate with various departments to manage inventory levels during promotions, seasonal changes, and product launches.
- Evaluate and recommend changes to inventory policies, procedures, and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Create and maintain inventory reports and dashboards to track inventory performance and provide visibility to stakeholders.
- Ensure that documents are complete, accurate and matching (invoice/packing list/purchase order) before they're provided to the accounting department for processing.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels across multiple distribution centers and warehouses.
- Maintain our ERP system with accurate and up-to-date product information, including product descriptions, pricing, and SKU details.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product information is consistent across all channels.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in inventory planning, purchasing, or related field.
- Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have advanced Excel skills to meet the requirements for this position.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Bilingual; French, English.

**Assets**:

- Experience in manufacturing environment.
- Experience in printing or product customization environment.
